Hana & Tommy – Sacred Heart Catholic Church Classic Wedding

Hana and Tommy kicked off our 2019 wedding season, and we couldn’t have asked for a more amazing couple! My incredible associate photographer, Hannah, shot this beautiful February wedding here in Savannah, Georgia. Everything about Hana and Tommy’ wedding was classic. From her crepe Allure wedding dress, to the classic black tuxes. Hannah’s hair and makeup was done by the incredible team of Royal Makeup and Hair, and it matched her wedding perfectly. I love a soft up-do! Her bridesmaids wore strapless black chiffon gowns, with soft up-dos and that had braids mixed in. The men wore black tuxedos with black bowties, and ranunculus bouts.

Classic Wedding in Savannah

Their ceremony took place at Sacred Heart Catholic Church,  and included the cutest flower girl and ring bearer! After their ceremony, Hannah took the couple and bridal party to Forsyth Park for some portrait time. It is so important to schedule ample portrait time during your wedding. The day goes by so fast, but you want to make sure you are able to take the time to get portraits of you and your hubby! This can be done during the cocktail hour, so guests are entertained, while you get some quiet time to take it all in. It also gives you some time to release the jitters of the day! You are able to cuddle up with your sweetie, and just take a minute to breathe. Just look how serene Hana and Tommy look!

Their reception took place at Embassy Suites Hotel in Historic Savannah. Just steps away from River St, Hannah was able to get some great shots of the couple right before they went inside. The iconic iron and stone bridges that cross to River Street always made for amazing pictures! The reception continued the classic theme, with soft touches of white and gold, and lots of greenery! The tables had eucalyptus scattered on them, with hurricane vases and candlelight on every table. Hana and Tommy chose to have a large table, so they could sit with their bridal party. There was so much laughter, some tears, and lots of fun! Thank you, Hana and Tommy, for kicking off our wedding season in such a great way!
